Oligofructose

Oligofructose is a soluble fiber obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis from inulin. Oligofructose has a sweetness greater than inulin, which can reach 40% of the sweetness of sugar. Due to its greater sweetness, oligofructose is used to replace sugar. Oligofructose is available in both syrup and powder form. Oligofructose, like inulin, is natural and has no E-code.
