At a dosage of only 0.01 – 0.02%, this product is able to enhance and improve the tastes of gastronomic products, due to the high content of glutamines and glutamates in natural form. It is an excellent natural alternative to monosodium glutamate. Differs from Clear Tomato Concentrate in a sweeter taste.
