Rice Flour

Beneo’s rice flour, thanks to its special wet-milling technology, is especially suitable for making gluten-free baked goods. Rice flour is also widely used to stabilize baby food as an alternative to starch. Beneo has developed special types of rice flour that are as stable as possible to starch. Also, some types of flour are subjected to additional heat treatment to deactivate enzymes and to improve microbiological parameters. Organic varieties are also available.
